We are a small family run CSA located a few miles from the beach on the beautiful Central Oregon Coast.  CSA stands for Communtiy Supported Agriculture.  The way it works is customers, or "members" buy shares of the farms harvest at the beginning of the season, and then they receive a box of fresh produce and other farm goods each week as the season unfolds.  This provides the farm with the resources to operate as a season begins, and the members benefit from having fresh, healthy, local produce each week all season long.  A CSA share is a percentage of each weeks harvest.  What is in the box you receive will change each week as the seasons, the weather or other factors change.  Some weeks there will be fresh spring greens, while other weeks there may be summer tomatoes, or fall squash.  The amount of produce in the box will also vary by week.  If the weather turns bad and plants are lost you may receive less, but if nature cooperates and the plants thrive you will benefit from larger shares of bumper crops. (Although we will always put every effort into planting an abundant and diverse garden to help ensure there is always something thriving in the garden when we harvest each week.)  In this way you get to share the whole farm experience with us...the ups and downs, the changing seasons, and the whims of nature.  You will also benefit from a steady supply of fresh, locally grown farm products that are always free from chemicals, pesticides, herbicides and other harmful agents. 

We also raise a few small flocks of laying hens and ornamental poultry.  The laying hens supply us with healthy fresh eggs, which are available for sale for $3 per dozen, and can also be added to your csa membership!  We also sell fertile hatching eggs from several beautiful chicken breeds.  Check out our Hatching Eggs page for more information.  All of our birds are given the best of care with plenty of space to roam and scratch, fresh healthy diets with lost of greens as well as grains and bugs, and in return they provide with fresh eggs, organic fertilizer and organic pest control!
